Choose which sort of help you need and pick a time that works for you, you can book up to one week in advance or as quick as 15 minutes from now.

You will be given an address to go to attend your lesson, simply log in and join the call. During the call you will be able to see the instructors computer. If you like you can also have the instructor work on your computer while you sit back and watch, its up to you.

You will get an email after your lesson that will have a link for you to download a video of your entire lesson so that you can go back and review an answer to make sure you have it and this saves you having to take notes during the lesson.
